Regular adult classes in the Japanese martial art of Ki Aikido are Mondays and Thursdays from 7 pm - 8:30 pm.
Eley Sensei is our head instructor. With over 52 years of aikido practice he is the longest active aikidoist in the Midwest region.
You do not have to be a Chicago resident to participate. Monthly dues $45. Mat fee $10. Student discount available.
The first class is free! Just show up in a gi, sweats or comfortable work-out clothes and give it a try!
